Why fax-from-phone.com instead of a fax machine
A fax machine ties you to one desk and one phone line. fax-from-phone.com lets you fax from the parking lot, the job site or your kitchen table, and still reach hospitals, courts, banks and government offices that only take fax.
Through FaxToFax.com you can send to up to 50 recipients at once, schedule a fax for later, and keep a record of everything. Encryption, two-step verification and an append-only audit log protect documents, with safeguards built for HIPAA and ABA Model Rule 1.6(c).
There is no app to download: it works in Safari, Chrome and other mobile browsers. A native app isn’t available yet, and you don’t need one.
Compose on your letterhead. Send to up to 50 recipients.
Attach PDF, JPG or PNG files, add a cover page with your logo, and send now or schedule it for later. Every fax gets a time-stamped delivery receipt.
A private inbox instead of a paper tray
Incoming faxes arrive in your browser inbox, stored encrypted. You get an alert in the app and browser, never the document as an email attachment.
- New-fax alerts in the app and browser
- Shared inbox with roles for your team
- Every view and download recorded
- Automatic deletion on your retention schedule
